One of the most Critcal exercises!



This exercise is a must when it comes to LONG TERM health and physical function. I put my Dad (67 years old) on a routine including this exercise because he was getting back spasms when tying his shoes or doing everyday house hold chores. He felt better within WEEKS.

If you are not doing this then you are missing the boat!

This is one of my favorite exercises. What amazed me when i first started doing these were the amount of muscles that were used for what seems like a fairly simple motion. i've seen great results in my back and legs. i used to have back problems as well and haven't since doing these.
