Jab - 'clank' - Jab - 'clank'. That clank is the sound my teeth make when i get hit w a jab to the head w my mouth open. So my advice to you...clench those teeth!
Great advice! Anyone else ever had the same experience?
The best case would be to not get hit by the jab! Or, are you talking about when you throw a jab and it hits the bag?
